Returns and Exchange

  • Return Authorization Required: Customers must email Bootsolution to get a Return Authorization number before sending items back.

  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable and paid by the customer.

  • Return Conditions:

    • Must be within 30 days of purchase.

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and not labeled or taped.

    • Do not return items directly to the manufacturer unless instructed.

Refunds

  • Inspection Process: Refunds are issued only after the returned item is inspected.

  • Refund Method: Credited to the original payment method.

  • Delays: If a refund is delayed, customers should check with their bank or credit card company before contacting Bootsolution.

Exchanges/Replacement

  • We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item and size, email us at info@bootsolution.com.

  • Requests handled via email.

Warranty

  • Manufacturer’s warranties apply only to U.S. buyers.
